12. Limitation of Liability

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR OUR PRODUCTS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE SPECIFIC PRODUCTS GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

12.2 Excluded Damages

WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

13. Intellectual Property

13.1 Company IP

• Trademarks, logos, and brand names
